As a Community & Marketing Assistant at Archona Games, you will be responsible for:
1. Community Engagement: Foster a strong community of board game enthusiasts through various channels, including social media, crowdfunding pages, online forums, and email newsletters. Develop and implement community engagement strategies to drive interaction, facilitate discussions, and share updates, news, and relevant information.
2. Content Creation: Produce engaging and informative content to support marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts. This includes writing, creating social media content, producing videos, and designing visuals that showcase our games and engage our audience. You will be supported by a design team to get this done.
3. Influencer and Partnership Management: Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and industry partners to amplify our marketing reach and generate buzz around our board games. Identify and establish relationships with key influencers and manage partnerships to maximize exposure.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for board games and tabletop gaming.
Strong written English skills and a basic understanding of social media platforms. You should be organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with community members online, as well as team members. A willingness to learn, improve, and take feedback seriously is important, and experience running social media channels will be considered a strong advantage.
